The Council’s mission is to:

As an affiliate of the NAHB Multifamily Council, members receive valuable resources, including legislative updates, economic news, and regulatory insights through tools such as the Washington Hotline and the Multifamily Market Outlook. These resources provide critical data, meeting opportunities, webinars, and industry news.
Meetings and Membership Details
The Multifamily Council meets locally on the first Thursday of the month, offering a platform to network, share knowledge, and collaborate on addressing sector-specific issues. Whether managing a portfolio of four units or four thousand, members benefit from a community committed to advancing multifamily housing.
Please join us for an upcoming meeting and if you would like to join the Council, membership is $200 annually. Members must first be members of the HBRA of Central Connecticut or another local association in Connecticut.
