Description

Gledhill Estates is a new community located on the former site of the Gledhill Nursery, which operated for decades. The original residence, situated at the rear of the property, has undergone a complete interior renovation and features spectacular gardens, many of which have been preserved.

The landscaped entrance to the community boasts a stone wall sign and some of the original Gledhill Nursery trees that were replanted. Part of the vision was to preserve the original walking paths at the rear of the property, which once served as an educational feature of the nursery, for all Gledhill residents to enjoy.

As you stroll through the paths, ponds, brooks, and surrounding vegetation, you’ll feel as though you’re in the countryside. This 16-home community consists of two private cul-de-sacs with quick access to major highways, parks, schools, and all shopping and restaurants.

The last available home is currently under construction with an anticipated completion date in the spring of 2025.
